Biography

Mikiko Otonashi was a Japanese actress known for her roles in "Violent Cop" (1989) and "Tora-san's Promise" (1981). Born on December 26, 1949, she is the fourth daughter of six siblings, whose parents ran a fashion business. After joining theater group Yume no Ki, Otonashi began acting in the late 1960s, appearing in numerous TV dramas before marrying actor and voice actor Kunie Tanaka in 1975.
