Joachim Kemmer was a German actor and voice actor known for his prolific career in film and animation. He brought iconic characters to life, including Sebastian from The Little Mermaid and Rasputin in Anastasia, as well as voicing notable figures in Disney's beloved animated classics. Throughout his career, Kemmer appeared in over seventy films between 1969 and 2000. He passed away at the age of 60 due to lung cancer in 2000.
