In this West German horror/comedy from 1971, an American actress inherits a Transylvanian castle, unaware that her ancestor was a vampire countess who's emerged from her tomb to ravage the nearby village and Catholic seminary. A beautiful double role for Pia Degermark as both the innocent heiress and her raven-haired doppelganger, while Count Dracula makes an unforgettable cameo at a vampires' costume party. As the undead wreak havoc on the living, the protagonist must navigate a supernatural world that's equal parts spooky and silly.
