Bill Radovitch

Biography

Bill Radovich was a National Football League guard and film actor who played the "tough guy" role in various roles, including Ogeechuk in "The World in His Arms." He began his NFL career with the Detroit Lions, playing five seasons before serving in the Navy during WWII, returning to the team after the war. A two-time All-Pro selection, Radovich also broke league rules by filing a suit against the NFL.
