René Worms

Biography

René Worms was a French actor born in Brussels in 1890, whose career spanned over half a century. A child of actor Paul Worms, René began performing at 17 and appeared on screen at 21, working with notable directors such as Gilles Grangier and Sacha Guitry. After being deported during World War I, he revived his career in the 1940s, continuing to act until his death at 72 in 1962.
