Gorō Naya

Biography

Gorō Naya was a Japanese actor, voice actor, narrator, and theater director from Hakodate, Hokkaidō. He joined the Kamikaze at age 15 and later became part of Theatre Echo in 1959. A skilled narrator, he dubbed roles for notable actors including Clark Gable, Charlton Heston, and John Wayne. Naya passed away in 2013 due to chronic respiratory failure.
