In a ravaged future, fifty years of war between the Great Eastern Federation and Europa have left the planet on the brink of collapse. Dr. Azuma's "neo-cell" project, meant to revolutionize humanity's fate, has instead unleashed a horror beyond imagination: mutant creatures born from his experiment that declare war on human civilization.
