Sheryl Lee is a German-born American actress born on April 22, 1967. She gained international attention for her performances as Laura Palmer and Maddy Ferguson in the cult TV series Twin Peaks and its 1992 film adaptation. After completing Twin Peaks, she appeared on Broadway in Salome opposite Al Pacino and had recurring roles on One Tree Hill and Dirty Sexy Money before reprising her role of Laura Palmer in a 2017 Showtime revival.
