Pelle Hvenegaard
Biography
Pelle Hvenegaard is a Danish actor and writer, born on August 29, 1975, named after the title character of Pelle from Danish author Martin Andersen Nexø's 1910 novel Pelle the Conqueror. At 11, he was chosen by director Bille August to play the role, demonstrating concentration, patience, and self-control. Hvenegaard has since become a host, with notable roles as Pelle Karlsson in the award-winning film "Pelle erobreren" (1987) and hosting the Danish versions of "Taken Out" and "Go' Morgen Danmark".
