Biography
Stan Lee was a visionary comic book writer, editor, publisher, and producer who transformed Timely Comics into Marvel Comics. Collaborating with Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, he co-created iconic characters like Spider-Man, the X-Men, and Iron Man, revolutionizing superhero comics in the 1960s. A pioneer in challenging Comics Code Authority restrictions, Lee remained a public figurehead for Marvel until his retirement and continued to produce content independently until his death in 2018.
