Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV

The movie "Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV" is about the Toxic Avenger's battle against his evil doppelganger, the Noxious Offender, who appears in Tromaville after an explosion transports him from a mirror universe called Amortville. In this alternate reality, Noxie becomes Mayor of Tromaville and wreaks havoc on its citizens before the Toxie ultimately finds a way back to his own world. The film features slapstick comedy, satire, and superhero action as Toxie teams up with his sidekick Lardass and other allies to take down Noxie and restore order to Tromaville.
