Hélène de Fougerolles is a French actress born on February 25, 1973, to Alain Rigoine de Fougerolles and Anne Saumay de Laval. She began studying acting at age 15 and later attended the Actors Studio in New York City. De Fougerolles has been nominated for the César Award twice and won the Prix Romy Schneider for her role in Jacques Rivette's Va savoir (2001).
