Sylvester McCoy is a Scottish actor born Percy James Patrick Kent-Smith on August 20, 1943, in Dunoon, Scotland. He gained prominence as the seventh incarnation of Doctor Who from 1987 to 1989 and reprised the role in several productions, including Dimensions in Time and The Power of the Doctor in 2022. McCoy is also known for his portrayal of Radagast in The Hobbit film series (2012-2014).
