Lydia Leonard

Biography

Lydia Leonard is a British actress born on December 5, 1981, in Paris to an Irish mother and Anglo-French father. She trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School before making her stage debut as Polyxena in a Royal Shakespeare Company production of Hecuba alongside Vanessa Redgrave, and later starred as Caroline Cushing in Frost/Nixon. Leonard's television credits include roles in Jericho, Casualty 1909, and The Crown, among others.
