Earl William Billings is an American actor born on July 4, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio. He is best known for his role as Rob in the television series What's Happening!!. Billings has also gained recognition for his appearances in films such as "Gosnell: The Trial of America's Biggest Serial Killer" and "Something New", as well as ads for Aflac.
