Robin Hughes

Biography

Robin Hughes was born on June 7, 1920, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to English parents, and spent his childhood moving across South America, Canada, and East Africa due to his father's government service. After serving as a signalman in the Royal Navy from 1938 until its end in World War II, Hughes later joined the British film industry. Notable roles include First Officer in "The Mole People" (1956) and Police Sergeant O'Brien in "Dial M for Murder" (1954).
