Paula Beer

Biography

Paula Beer, born February 23, 1995 in Mainz, Germany, began her acting journey at eight with a theatre course, which sparked her passion for the craft. She gained further experience with Berlin's Friedrichstadt-Palast youth ensemble and later graduated from high school to pursue her career in Paris. Her breakthrough role came in Chris Kraus's 2010 film Poll, followed by notable performances in François Ozon's Frantz and other films, earning her awards at the Venice Film Festival.
