Bill Allen is a Kansas-born American actor born on November 7, 1962. He gained fame for his role as Cru Jones in the 1986 film Rad, where he played a BMX racing enthusiast. Allen has also appeared in television episodes, including the 1987 Family Ties episode "Matchmaker". As a musician, he has toured with The Pipefitters and shares harmonica skills with actor Lou Diamond Phillips.
