Mārtiņš Vilsons is a Latvian actor and theater director, born on December 13, 1954, in the Soviet Union. He began his career as a stagehand at the Latvian State Academy of Drama in 1971, and later studied at the same institution. Vilsons gained recognition for his role in the 2019 film "Dveselu putenis", and has since appeared in various productions, including his own theater company "Mūris" from 2004.
