Yaman Okay was a Turkish actor who won the 1981 Golden Orange Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in "On Fertile Lands". He gained recognition with notable roles in films like "My Cinemas", "Reise der Hoffnung", and "Pehlivan". Okay married actress Meral Okay in 1984, and tragically passed away in 1993 due to pancreatic cancer.
