Biography

Renato Consorte was a Brazilian actor and comedian born on October 27, 1924, in São Paulo. He gained recognition for his roles in "A Família Trapo" with Ronald Golias, the I Feira Paulista de Opinião, and Gota d'Água, where he played Creonte. Consorte was also an activist, participating in a 1977 teatro rally that opened all theaters in São Paulo to promote anistia and an end to torture during Brazil's military regime.
