Miloš Kopecký

Biography

Miloš Kopecký was a Czech actor born on August 22, 1922, in Prague, into a family of craftsmen. He began his acting career on stage in 1939 with an amateur elocution group during the German occupation, and later performed in labor camps before liberation. After World War II, Kopecký joined the avant-garde studio Větrník and eventually became a prominent actor in Czechoslovakia, known for nuanced portrayals of negative characters.
