Baron Prásil

The film begins with footsteps leading to a pond, where a protagonist, astronaut/cosmonaut, lands on the Moon. He meets a fantastical assembly of characters, including Baron Munchausen, Cyrano de Bergerac, and figures from Jules Verne's novels, at a dinner table where they treat him as a child. The Baron invites him to Earth in a fanciful airship, where he becomes embroiled in a series of adventures with Princess Bianca, including sword and sea battles, a giant fish, and a horse chase, transforming the modern space traveller into a hero rivalling the Baron.
