Krist Novoselic

Biography

Krist Anthony Novoselic II was born on May 16, 1965, and co-founded Nirvana in 1987 with Kurt Cobain. As the band's bassist, he played on every album and contributed to their influential grunge sound. After Nirvana disbanded following Cobain's death in 1994, Novoselic went on to form Sweet 75, Eyes Adrift, and other musical projects, while also becoming involved in politics and activism through his work with the JAMPAC political action committee.
