Brittney Powell is a German-American actress born on March 4, 1972, in Würzburg, West Germany. She has made notable appearances in the early 1990s, including Playboy's Girls of Spring Break and as Summer Halloway on General Hospital from 2002 to an unspecified end. Her film roles include That Thing You Do! and Stacy's Mom. She also had a main cast role in the short-lived series Pacific Palisades (1997).
