Biography

Michael Nussbaum was a versatile American actor and director born on December 29, 1923, in New York City to a Jewish family. He began his acting career in community theatre in the 1950s and went on to collaborate with renowned playwright David Mamet, appearing in several of his plays on and off Broadway, including Glengarry Glen Ross. Nussbaum also appeared in notable films like Field of Dreams and Men In Black, earning a Jeff Award for his performance in Racing Demon.
