Janis Mae Wilson was an American child actress of the 1940s, rising to fame alongside Bette Davis in films like "Now, Voyager" and "Watch on the Rhine". At 12, she won her first role in the 1942 drama "Now, Voyager" after having her teeth banded to achieve a suitable appearance. She went on to appear in several notable films, including "The Strange Love of Martha Ivers" and "Snafu", before retiring at 18.
