Born in El Paso, TX, Billy Blair grew up influenced by Sesame Street and KISS, while coming from a musical background that traces back to his great grandfather's performances with big bands in Mexico for legendary figures like Pancho Villa. He pursued music before transitioning into acting, honing his craft at Richland College and taking private lessons. Blair has since appeared in notable films including The Last Stand, Machete Kills, and Sin City: A Dame To Kill For.
