John Kitzmiller was an American actor who became a popular and versatile performer in Europe, starring in over 40 films. He achieved his greatest fame with roles in the James Bond film "Dr. No" as Quarrel and the Slovenian film "Valley of Peace," for which he won the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actor in 1957.
