Antwan André Patton, known professionally as Big Boi, is an American rapper and record producer born in Savannah, Georgia. As part of the influential hip-hop duo OutKast alongside André 3000, he formed a Southern sound that spawned hit songs like "Ms. Jackson" and "The Way You Move". After the duo's split in 2007, Big Boi pursued a solo career with albums Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty (2010), Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors (2012), and Boomiverse (2017).
