Once Upon a Time in China and America

Jet Li stars as Wong Fei-hung, a Cantonese martial arts master and folk hero, in this 1997 action-adventure film that takes him on a journey from China to America. Alongside his companions, including his romantic interest "13th Aunt" Yee Siu-kwan and apprentice Clubfoot, Wong travels across the wilderness to visit an old apprentice who has recently opened a clinic for traditional Chinese medicine in San Francisco. There, he becomes embroiled in a battle against corruption and racial tensions between Americans and Chinese immigrants, using his legendary kung fu skills to defend the innocent and bring justice to those who have been wronged.
