National Lampoon's European Vacation

The Griswold family wins a vacation to Europe after competing in a game show and decides to embark on their all-expense-paid trip despite having trouble taking holidays in countries where they can speak the language. As they travel through England, France, West Germany, and Italy, they experience various misadventures, including Clark's tendency to drive incorrectly, the theft of their camcorder, and Rusty being teased by young women in Paris due to his wearing of stenciled berets.
