A quirky family drama set in rural Kansas, "Twister" follows the eccentric Cleveland family as they navigate love, loss, and identity during a tornado event that shakes their isolated world. As tensions rise between Maureen (Suzy Amis) and her ex-husband Chris (Dylan McDermott), Howdy (Crispin Glover) tries to win over his own true love, Stephanie. Meanwhile, Eugene Cleveland (Harry Dean Stanton) confronts his own demons as he searches for connection with his children and finds an unlikely ally in the enigmatic William S. Burroughs.
