A romantic drama that combines the melancholy of "Love Story" (1970) and the charm of "Pretty Woman" (1990), Autumn in New York tells the poignant tale of Will Keane, a successful but jaded restaurateur who falls for Charlotte Fielding, a free-spirited young woman diagnosed with a heart condition. As they navigate their whirlwind romance, they must confront the fragility of life and the complexities of love. The film's stunning fall foliage cinematography and powerful performances by Richard Gere and Winona Ryder add to its emotional impact, making for a tragic yet ultimately hopeful story about the transformative power of love.
