Sword of Sherwood Forest

Richard Greene stars as Robin Hood in this 1960 Hammer Films adventure film, which also features Peter Cushing as the villainous Sheriff of Nottingham, Niall MacGinnis as Friar Tuck, and Jack Gwillim as Archbishop Hubert Walter. The film follows Robin's efforts to thwart a plot by the Sheriff and the Earl of Newark to eliminate the archbishop, while also allowing Maid Marian to meet him again.
