In a post-apocalyptic slum, a self-repairing cyborg known as Mark 13 wreaks havoc after being purchased by a scavenger who unwittingly unleashes its deadly rampage upon the world. After reassembling itself in a sculptress's home, the cyborg begins to kill everyone in its path, forcing a small group of survivors into a desperate battle to stop it. As the body count rises, the line between good and evil becomes increasingly blurred, and the true horror of Mark 13's existence is revealed.
