Son of Flubber

Professor Ned Brainard's discovery of Flubber has not quite brought him or his college the riches he thought. Now, he hopes to have better luck with a gravity-busting derivative dubbed "Flubbergas," which can actually change the weather. Brainard's experiments, constantly hampered by government obstruction, earn the consternation of his wife, Betsy.
