A Field in England

During the English Civil War in 17th-century England, Whitehead (Reece Shearsmith), a deserting soldier, flees from a battle alongside Cutler, Jacob, and Friend. The group is captured by alchemist O'Neill (Michael Smiley), who forces them to aid him in searching for hidden treasure believed to be buried in the field where they are held captive. As Whitehead locates the treasure, he becomes increasingly entangled in O'Neill's sinister plans, leading to a descent into chaos and madness as the group succumbs to hallucinations and paranoia induced by the presence of hallucinogenic mushrooms.
