Biography

Reeson Wayne Shearsmith is a British actor, comedian, writer, and magician born on August 27, 1969, in Kingston upon Hull. He co-founded The League of Gentlemen with Steve Pemberton, Mark Gatiss, and Jeremy Dyson, winning several awards for their work. Shearsmith also created the sitcom Psychoville with Pemberton and starred in the dark comedy anthology series Inside No. 9 alongside his collaborator.
