In this 1977 British fantasy comedy film, Michael Palin stars as Dennis Cooper, a young man forced through a series of clumsy and slapstick misfortunes to hunt a terrible dragon in order to win the hand of his true love. The film's title is taken from the nonsense poem "Jabberwocky" by Lewis Carroll, and its setting and style are reminiscent of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
