Our Time Will Come

Set in 1940s Japanese-occupied Hong Kong, "Our Time Will Come" tells the story of Fang Gu (Zhou Xun), a young woman who breaks her engagement to marry for love and instead joins the resistance movement against the Japanese occupation. With the help of resistance leader Blackie Lau (Eddie Peng) and support from her mother, Fang becomes embroiled in a fight for freedom and independence, ultimately leading to tragic consequences for herself and those she loves.
