Father-to-be Alan Daniel's nesting instincts kick in as he becomes less focused at work. He enlists his disapproving judge father-in-law's help to access sealed adoption records, revealing he was given up at birth and has six unknown siblings. With the help of his newly found brother Russell, they embark on a road trip to reunite with their long-lost siblings, discovering common interests like favorite sitcoms and food tastes along the way. As Alan gets closer to finding his family, some of his brothers pose unexpected challenges, forcing him to confront his newfound identity.
