On Halloween weekend in 1980, local outcast Jacob Atkins is resurrected to seek brutal revenge against those who wronged him after a group of bullies plan their annual hazing on him, led by bullies Bobby and Deputy Fox. Tony Todd stars as Bishop Gate, but his role appears peripheral. The film is a horror with some slasher elements, set in an Ohio town during Halloween, directed by Josh Hasty and starring Courtney Gains.
