Terence Hill as Matt Kirby and Bud Spencer as Wilbur Walsh, two unemployed men mistakenly break into a police office instead of a store, leading to an unexpected recruitment. They volunteer to work as police officers to evade arrest, complete their training, and confront a local trafficking gang in Miami, with David Huddleston as their demanding Captain McBride guiding them through the process.
