Sexmission

In a darkly comedic science fiction satire, "Sexmission" follows two scientists who are chosen as guinea pigs for a time experiment, only to find themselves waking up in a post-apocalyptic world where World War III has ravaged the planet and men have become extinct. In this underground society composed exclusively of women, Max and Albert must navigate a bizarre new reality where they are forced to undergo sex reassignment surgery, but their escape leads them to discover that their only hope for survival lies on the surface - and not everyone is willing to let them live.
