In the darkly mystical thriller "Harlequin," a mysterious faith healer named Gregory Wolfe appears in the life of Senator Nick Rast, seemingly curing his terminally ill young son from leukemia. As Rast's wife falls under Wolfe's spell, powerful forces behind Rast's career - including the geriatric monster Doc Wheelan - will stop at nothing to undo the healing and crush the faith healer. Shot on location in Western Australia, this Australian fantasy thriller is a modern retelling of the infamous Grigori Rasputin story.
