Nobody's Perfekt

Three slightly disturbed psychiatric patients, Dibley (Gabe Kaplan), Swaboda (Alex Karras), and Walter (Robert Klein), who has three personalities, hatch a plan to extort money from the mayor (Arthur Rosenberg) after their car is totaled by a pothole. They embark on a series of misadventures, including car chases and a ferry boat hijacking, as they attempt to get what they want from the government.
