The Black Cauldron

Taran, a teenage "assistant pig-keeper" voiced by Grant Bardsley, dreams of becoming a great warrior, but is tasked with protecting his charge, an oracular pig named Hen Wen, from the evil Horned King. After Hen Wen is kidnapped, Taran teams up with a pestering creature named Gurgi, voiced by John Byner, and Princess Eilonwy, voiced by Susan Sheridan, to embark on a mystical quest to stop the Horned King, who seeks to use the Black Cauldron to create an unstoppable army. Along the way, they face various obstacles and challenges, including the Horned King's minions, treacherous landscapes, and a cauldron with the power to create undead warriors.
