Private Benjamin

Goldie Hawn stars as Judy Benjamin, a 28-year-old Jewish woman from a sheltered wealthy upbringing who joins the US Army on a whim. She finds herself in a more difficult situation than she ever expected, facing Army regulations and the disapproval of Captain Doreen Lewis. Judy quickly discovers that she was chosen for paratrooper training because of her attractiveness, and she must navigate her feelings and determination to forge her own way in life.
