Chadwick Boseman stars as Andre Davis, an embattled NYPD detective tasked with solving a citywide manhunt for two cop killers, Stephan James and Taylor Kitsch, after they kill several police officers during a drug heist. With the help of DEA agent Frankie Burns, played by Sienna Miller, Davis must navigate a web of conspiracy and corruption within the NYPD. As the night unfolds, lines become blurred between who is pursuing whom, and Davis finds himself in a desperate game of cat and mouse with those around him.
